Note: X-Change is a well-known series of adult transformation-themed games (male-to-female). X-Change R (often subtitled “Reversible” or part of the later remakes) typically includes multiple endings based on choices and “Resistance” vs. “Acceptance” stats.
Day 1

- Evening: Stay home → Read the X-Change manual (gain +5 Intelligence).
2.2 First Day – The Basic Loop
- Morning – Wake up transformed. Explore home.
- Afternoon – Visit locations: School/Work, Mall, Park, Pharmacy (where you can buy more pills or reversals).
- Evening – Part-time job, socializing, or research.
Tip: Always check your inventory. You usually start with 1–3 X-Change pills (duration: 12–24 hours in-game) and 1 reversal (if you’re lucky).

Step 1: The Mirror
You have three options here.
- "Freak out and cover the mirror" → +Resistance (Good for True Ending).
- "Stare in shock" → Neutral.
- "Strike a pose" → -Resistance (Leads to Bad Ending).
- Walkthrough Choice: Choose Freak out. You need to establish early that you want to change back.
Ending
The game features multiple endings, including good, bad, and true routes for each main heroine. The true endings often require specific choices that show a deep understanding of the character's personalities and storylines. Note: X-Change is a well-known series of adult
Step 3: Leaving the Dorm
You must find clothes. There are three locations:
- Closet (Male clothes): They don't fit. This triggers a panic attack. (+Resistance)
- Friend's bag (Fem clothes): You find a skirt. If you put it on willingly, you lose Resistance.
- The hallway (Risk): Steal a hoodie from the laundry room.
- Walkthrough Choice: Steal the hoodie (Option 3). It covers your body entirely and preserves your dignity.
Result: You end Act 1 with a moderate Resistance level. You are now heading to the University Library to find the cure. Morning : Wake up → Examine yourself →
The Optimal Path (True Ending Prep)
Day 2, Morning:
- Go to the Computer Lab first. Search for "X-Change R reversal." You will find a dead end, but you unlock the "Chemical Equation" dialogue option later.
- Do not go to the Cafeteria. The "Mystery Punch" event there lowers Resistance by 40%.
Day 2, Afternoon:
- Go to the Science Club. Talk to "Jenna."
- When she asks if you feel "different," say: "I feel trapped." (Not "I feel pretty").
- Offer to give the blood sample only if they promise to analyze it for the original DNA structure.
The Critical Choice (The Janitor):
In the hallway at 3:00 PM, you meet a Janitor. He looks familiar.
- Ask for directions (Boring – leads to neutral loop).
- Ask about the chemical spill (Perceptive – +Resistance).
- Flirt to get past security (Low Resistance – Bad Ending).
- Walkthrough Choice: Ask about the chemical spill. He reveals that the antidote is in the Biology Storage Room, but it requires a keycard.
