The Difference Between CAWs and Mods
- CAWs (Create-A-Wrestler): In-game creations using the built-in tools. These are safe, stable, and work on all platforms (with save editing).
- Mods: External files that replace character models (PAC files). These require a modded console or PC and are higher risk.
- Save File with CAWs: A hybrid approach. It uses the game’s native CAW slots (usually 100 slots) populated with high-quality creations that often use custom image injectors.
For Xbox One:
- Requires Xbox One Save Resigner (rare) – use PC version for best results.
💡 Recommendation: Use the PC version for CAWs. Console users can manually inject renders using modded USB tools.
