Issue #2: The code works on the website but NOT in the game launcher

Why it happens: The game launcher caches old session data. The Fix:

Close the game and launcher completely (check system tray).
Open the launcher. Enter password as usual.
Crucial step: Wait 10 seconds before entering the code. The game client is slow to sync with the authentication server.
If it still fails, go to the launcher settings and "Repair" the installation.

Lost phone / recovery steps

Use previously saved backup/recovery codes to log in and remove the old key.
If you don’t have codes: contact EA/BioWare support and be ready to prove account ownership (purchase receipts, account creation email, security questions).
