In FM24 terms, the "Sistema Regional Espana" is a 4-3-3 that shapeshifts into a 2-3-5 in attack and a 4-4-2/4-1-4-1 in defense. However, unlike the rigid positional play of Guardiola's peak Barca, this system (inspired by Spain 2023-24) prioritizes:
