I have HiPath 1100 Manager V7.0 installed, but I cannot establish a connection via the V.24/Serial cable. Option 2: Seeking Support/Tech Help Headline: 🆘 Help
The software launches fine, but it just times out when trying to read the config. Does V7.0 require a specific firmware version on the PBX to connect? Or is this a typical serial driver issue with modern USB-to-Serial adapters?
