1. Overview
Program4PC Photo Editor is a lightweight, user-friendly image editing tool for Windows. It’s designed for quick edits like cropping, resizing, color adjustments, filters, and adding text/watermarks—without the complexity of Photoshop.

Adjust Color & Light

The Filter Gallery
The software comes pre-loaded with over 50 artistic filters. These are categorized into: Crop, rotate, flip Resize and canvas adjustment Brightness,
- Blur Filters: Gaussian Blur, Motion Blur, Lens Blur (for simulated depth-of-field).
- Distort Filters: Ripple, Spherize, and Twirl.

Add Text
- Click Text tool (T icon) or
Tools > Text. - Click on image → text box appears.
- Type, then adjust in floating toolbar:
- Font, size, color
- Bold/italic
- Shadow or outline
- Drag box to reposition.
- Click outside box or press OK.
