Always, always back up your save files. Before you run any editor, navigate to your save folder (usually in Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2015\save) and copy your EDIT00000000 and BLUS/YLES files to a safe folder. If an edit corrupts your data, you will thank me later.

4. A Note on "ML Editor" vs "BAL Editor"

There is a common confusion here. PES 2015 uses a unified file structure. If you are trying to edit your Become a Legend player, you are actually editing the EDIT file, just like in Master League. The tool is the same, but the tab you focus on is Players. You do not need a specific "BAL Editor"; a generic PES 2015 Save Editor will work.
