Office Timeline Login -

To log in to Office Timeline, follow these steps based on whether you are using the PowerPoint Add-in or the Online version. Since the November 17, 2025 update (Version 13.01.00.00+), Office Timeline has transitioned from license keys to account-based logins. Logging in to the PowerPoint Add-in

If you have the add-in installed, you must log in directly within PowerPoint to activate your features.

Open PowerPoint: Navigate to the Office Timeline tab on the top ribbon.

Select Account: Click on the Account button (or "Log In") located on the ribbon.

Enter Credentials: Provide the exact email address and password associated with your subscription.

Verify Email (New Users): If logging in for the first time, click Send Code, check your email, and enter the verification code.

License Managers can manage seats by logging in to the Subscriptions Page.

Assign Seats: Enter the user's email address in the "License management" section to grant them access.

If you are using the Online version and the page won't load, your corporate IT department may be blocking the site.


Logging in with Microsoft 365 (Work Account)

  1. Go to the login page (app.officetimeline.com).
  2. Click "Login with Microsoft" .
  3. A Microsoft pop-up will appear. Enter your work email (e.g., name@yourcompany.com).
  4. Microsoft will redirect you to your company’s login portal (Azure AD). Complete your standard corporate login.
  5. You will be redirected back to Office Timeline automatically.
