  1. Unfollow anyone who makes you feel "less than." If an account makes you feel guilty for resting or hungry for eating, hit unfollow. Curate a feed full of diverse bodies and joyful movement.
  2. Remove moral labels from food. There is no "good" food and "bad" food. There is just food. Some food provides long-lasting energy. Some food provides joy. Both are valid.
  3. Move for five minutes today. No goal. No tracker. Just move your body in a way that feels pleasurable. Stretch, sway, or walk. Notice how it feels. That is wellness.
