1. Zararlı Yazılım ve Virüs Tehlikesi

Kırılmış yazılım sunan sitelerin büyük çoğunluğu, EXE dosyalarına gömülü trujan atları, keylogger'lar veya fidye yazılımları barındırır. NetCAD 85 "top full" paketi olarak sunulan dosyaların neredeyse %90'ı, virüs tarama motorları tarafından tehlikeli olarak işaretlenmiştir. Bu dosyalar bilgisayarınızdaki kişisel verileri (şifreler, projeler, dosyalar) çalabilir.

2. Hukuki Yaptırımlar

NetCAD, Türkiye merkezli bir yazılım firması olduğu için lisanssız kullanımı, 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu'na tabidir. Şirket, düzenli olarak lisans denetimleri yapmakta ve korsan kullanım tespit ettiğinde hukuki süreç başlatmaktadır. Kamu ihalelerine giren firmalar için lisanssız yazılım kullanımı, doğrudan diskalifiye sebebidir.
