Abstract

The digital era has revolutionized the way society consumes entertainment, shifting from traditional media to instantaneous online streaming. In Indonesia, this shift has given rise to a "culture of convenience" often facilitated by piracy websites such as LK21 (Layar Kaca 21). This paper examines the specific phenomenon of the search term "Menculik Miyabi," a notorious keyword associated with adult content and clickbait piracy, to analyze the intersection of digital lifestyle, entertainment ethics, and media literacy. By exploring the motivations behind such search trends and the infrastructure of illegal streaming sites, this study highlights the risks associated with the informal entertainment lifestyle and calls for a re-evaluation of digital consumption habits.
