1. The Reputation System Overhaul

The most immediate change in v0.55 is the refinement of the "Reputation" mechanic. Previously, reputation was a binary scale (Liked/Disliked). Kuggazer has introduced three sub-metrics in this build:

Academic Standing: How the faculty views Max.
Social Trust: How friends view Max's reliability.
Family Respect: A hidden stat that influences dialogue trees at home.

In previous builds, you could ignore the "Family Respect" stat. In v0.55, ignoring it for too long locks you out of the "Reconciliation" questline entirely. This forces min-maxers to actually engage with Max’s relatives, a brilliant if frustrating design choice.
