Alstom will not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed third-party agreement for a specifically designated position and prior to the introduction. Any unsolicited third-party resumes forwarded to any Alstom employee worldwide by a recruitment agency will be treated as public information and free from any placement fee liability, even if the individual was to be eventually recruited by Alstom.
