- Formula: Capacity utilisation (%) = (Actual output / Maximum possible output) × 100.
- Diagram: Process flow chart; inventory control graph (reorder level, buffer).
- Exam tip: Consider speed, cost, quality trade-offs; link operational changes to financial and HR impacts.
