GTA Liberty City Stories APK + OBB for Android 11: The Ultimate Installation Guide

Step 1: Download the Correct APK and OBB

  • APK: You need the original 2.4 version (or a patched APK specifically modded for Android 11/12+). Generic cracked APKs from 2018 will not work.
  • OBB: The main data file (usually named main.2.com.rockstargames.gtalcs.obb or similar). Size is approximately 1.1 GB.

Error 4: "App not installed" parsing error

Step 6: If You Get a "Download Failed" Error on Android 11

This is the #1 error. The game cannot see the OBB file. Fix:

  1. Uninstall the game (Settings > Apps > GTA LCS > Uninstall).
  2. Delete the folder Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtalcs.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Repeat Step 3 (OBB placement) and Step 4 (APK install) without opening the game in between.
