1. Download the mod from a trusted source (not a random "dosya upload" site without user reviews).
2. Extract the archive using WinRAR or 7-Zip. Look for folders named CLEO, models, or gta3.img.
3. Install CLEO: If the mod includes .cs files (scripts), copy them to /CLEO/ folder in your GTA directory.
4. Replace skins (Polat Alemdar):
   • Open gta3.img with Mod Loader or IMG Tool.
   • Find player model files (playerped.dff and playerped.txd). Backup originals.
   • Import the new Polat Alemdar .dff and .txd files.
   • Rebuild archive.
5. Add the soundtrack (optional): Many mods include a USER TRACKS folder. Copy the Kurtlar Vadisi theme song (by Gökhan Kırdar) into Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/Tracks.
