I know a lot of us are still trying to access older tax years (like 2020) for adjustments, audits, or late filing. TurboTax no longer promotes 2020 on their main site, but you can still download the software and install it if you have a valid license key. Here’s the official method:

Step 1: Download the 2020 installer Do NOT use third-party sites. Go directly to Intuit’s official archive:

Pro Tip: As of 2025, Intuit still supports downloading 2020 software but Netfile is closed for 2020 tax returns (CRA cutoff was Jan 2023). You can only print & mail 2020 returns now.
