Method 2: FreeDVDBoot (For Unmodded Consoles)

For a stock, unmodified PAL PS2:

Burn the "Codebreaker PAL Updated.iso" onto a DVD-R (booktype set to DVD-ROM).
Insert the disc into your PS2. It will auto-boot.
When the menu loads, remove the DVD and insert your game disc. This is the "swap trick" – but the 2025 update has a 2-second delay to prevent laser damage.

3. Persona 4 (Original PAL release)
