Method 4: Offline Activation (For Corporate Networks)

If you are behind a strict corporate proxy or have no internet on the target machine, use the offline activation feature. This is the only official "fixed" method for air-gapped PCs.

  1. On the machine with Key Manager, go to Help > Offline Activation.
  2. Generate a request.txt file.
  3. Transfer the file to an internet-connected computer.
  4. Visit the official ATNSOFT offline activation portal (URL provided in the help file).
  5. Upload request.txt and receive response.dat.
  6. Transfer response.dat back to the target machine and import it.

Step-by-Step Registry Cleanup:

  1. Close ATNSOFT Key Manager completely (check the system tray).
  2. Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
  3. Backup your registry (File > Export).
  4. Navigate to: 
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ATNSOFT\Key Manager
  5. Look for keys named License, Serial, ActivationData, or Cache.
  6. Delete only the following values (if they exist):
    • LicenseKey
    • ActivationHash
    • TrialPeriod
  7. Do not delete the entire ATNSOFT folder—only the activation values.
  8. Close Registry Editor.
  9. Restart ATNSOFT Key Manager and re-enter your serial number.

Result: The software now sees your system as a "fresh" installation and will accept the legitimate key.
