A Perfect Circle is an American rock supergroup formed in 1999. The band consists of Maynard James Keenan (vocals), Billy Howerdel (guitar, vocals), and various other musicians who contribute to their music.
"Mer de Noms" (French for "Sea of Names") is the band's debut studio album, released on May 23, 2000. The album received positive reviews and was a commercial success.
